About Bagtag MNL Inc.

We believe that every traveler deserves a stylish, durable, and personalized way to identify their luggage. Established in 2001, we have grown from a small retail shop into a trusted brand with a presence in major malls across Metro Manila, including Ayala Malls, SM Malls, and Robinsons Galleria.

Our mission is simple: to help travellers avoid luggage mix-ups and make their bags stand out with high-quality, custom luggage tags. With over 20 years of experience, we have perfected the art of crafting personalized tags that are both functional and fashionable.

Our Story

Our bag tag business formally started in 2001. Before that, we made bag tags for our kids’ school bags and lunch boxes, laptop bags, gym bags, and luggage. If it’s a bag, we’d attach a tag to it. You get the picture.

Soon after, we decided to join a village bazaar. To our surprise, we were a hit! Our first kiosk was at Mactan Cebu International Airport. Then we opened in major malls in Metro Manila, and a few in Cebu and Davao.

Then came the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 as we entered our 20th year of tagging bags. As with the rest of the world, we were caught off guard. We had no choice but to close shop. Our future seemed bleak with the prolonged lockdown and restrictions in the Philippines.

Finally, after a 4-year hiatus, BagTag MNL Inc. reopened in SM Megamall in February 2024. We were overwhelmed by the warm welcome from our loyal customers. We plan to open other branches soon. We also set up our website and online store to cater to clients who wish to order in the comfort of their own homes.
