What materials are your luggage tags made from?Our luggage tags are made from various materials, including nylon, stainless steel, and plastic, all designed for durability and style.

 

May I customize my luggage tag? Yes! You may personalize your tag by choosing a strap size, color, attachment, and adding your name, initials, contact information, or a unique message.

 

What information should I include in my luggage tag? It is best to keep your personal information to a minimum: your name (full name, nickname or initials), mobile number (including the country code), and/or email address (you may create a new email address just for travel purposes).

 

Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we offer shipping throughout the Philippine archipelago. Delivery times may vary based on location.

 

How long does it take to receive my order? Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 days, and shipping takes an additional 2-3 days, depending on your location. Bulk custom orders will take longer. Please contact us if you have questions.

 

What are your shipping options? We have a flat-rate charge of P150.00 for shipping anywhere in the Philippines.

What are your office hours? We are open Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, except on Holidays.
